In the checkout page you can select a shipping option that suits your needs. Average shipping time would be 5-7 business days.

How much does shipping cost? (Canada & International)

The shipping rates are calculated automatically in the checkout based on your location, weight of the order, and size of the package.

How can I exchange an item? (Canada)

If your product is in the original condition, we’ll gladly exchange the item within 10 days of receiving the item.

How can I return an item? (Canada)

If your product is in the original condition, we’ll gladly return the item within 20 days of receiving the item. Shipping will be at SBS’s expense for local orders within Canada.

How can I return an item? (International)

If your product is in the original condition, we’ll gladly refund the item within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping will be at the owner’s expenses for any orders outside of Canada.
